بريطانيا: الهزيمة بالبرلمان لن تمنع التجهيز لمغادرة الاتحاد الأوروبي

لندن (رويترز) – قالت متحدثة باسم الحكومة البريطانية يوم الأربعاء إن الحكومة تشعر بخيبة أمل بشأن تصويت البرلمان لصالح تغيير خطة رئيسة الوزراء تيريزا ماي بخصوص الخروج من الاتحاد الأوروبي لكنها أوضحت أن التصويت لن يوقف التحضيرات القانونية لمغادرة الاتحاد.

وقالت المتحدثة في بيان “نشعر بخيبة أمل بسبب تصويت البرلمان لصالح هذا التعديل رغم التطمينات القوية التي قدمناها”.

وأضافت المتحدثة “هذا التعديل لا يمنعنا من إعداد القوانين ليوم الانفصال. وسوف نحدد الآن هل يلزم إجراء تغييرات أخرى على مشروع قانون (الانسحاب من الاتحاد الأوروبي) لضمان وفائه بالغرض الحيوي منه”.
